Internal Adjustable Trigger System for Kick Drums

Turn any acoustic kick into an electronic trigger - without changing your playing feel.

This internal kit mounts inside your bass drum and uses a steel adjustment plate with a center drum-key control to move the trigger closer to (Up) or away from (Down) the batter head. In seconds you can choose full acoustic, full electronic, or anything in between.

Why drummers love it

True dual-purpose kick – Flip from acoustic thump to module-powered punch by turning the center key on the triangular plate.

Precise pressure control – The internal arm sets consistent contact to the head for stable sensitivity and dynamic range.

Clean, internal install – All hardware sits inside the shell; the only thing you’ll see is the neat aluminum control plate.

Module-ready – Pre-wired ¼" trigger jack connects straight to your drum module’s kick input.

Stage & studio friendly – Keep your favorite kick and its feel; add silent practice or hybrid setups in minutes.

What’s included

Internal kick-trigger assembly with mounting arm

Triangular steel/aluminum control plate with “Up/Down” adjustment graphics

Pre-wired ¼" jack harness and cable

Mounting screws & hardware

Compatibility

Fits most 18"–24" acoustic bass drums (standard hoops & depths).

Works with mesh or mylar batter heads, single or double beater pedals.

Compatible with the vast majority of drum modules that accept a ¼" kick trigger input.

Installation notes

Basic DIY: mark and drill three small pilot holes for the control plate, mount the internal assembly, route the cable to the jack.

Set initial gap so the trigger lightly kisses the batter head, then fine-tune with the center drum-key:

Up = closer contact / higher sensitivity

Down = more gap / more acoustic focus

Avoid over-pressure; small turns make big differences. Secure cables to prevent rattles.
